Youngstown school board has special meeting Friday

YOUNGSTOWN — The city school board will meet in special session at 5 p.m. Friday at the Irene L. Ward Building, 20 W. Wood St., to discuss financial matters.

Board members last week said they expected to discuss a renewal or replacement levy.
