Howland police probe possible crime scene

Township police were investigating at a possible crime scene Wednesday.

The Trumbull County 911 center said a caller reported to police at 10 a.m. that there was blood on the walls inside the house at 3903 Basswood Ave.

Howland police could not be reached for more information.
