16th annual Stars of Tomorrow, New Castle Playhouse Annex Theater, New Castle, Pa. Auditions will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Looking for performers age 8 to 18. Acts can be individual or small group and any type of performing art: vocal, dance, instrumental, comedy, variety, etc. No appointment is necessary. Please prepare a short monologue of your choosing, or one will be provided for you to read. You also will be asked to try a dialect. Males age 30 to 55 and females age 20 to 50 are needed for “Dancing. Performances: March 1-12. Actors may prepare a monologue or select a “side” to prepare, read from the script, or use the sides the director has selected. Disney’s “Mulan,SDRq New Castle Playhouse, New Castle, Pa. Auditions are 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 11 and 12 for youths age 8-18. Be prepared to sing a one- minute vocal selection of your choice. You may sing a cappella or use an accompaniment CD (no vocal tracks). Auditioners are strongly encouraged to choose a Disney tune or Broadway tune. Be prepared to read from the script.
