National Healthcare Access Inc. announced Tuesday that its company’s headquarters in Poland also will serve as its national customer- service center.

The company, a healthcare benefits consultant founded in 1991, also announced that it will open its third national location in San Diego.

Frank Caparso, co-founder of NHA, said that employment should increase at the Poland location.

National Healthcare has clients in more than 25 states.
