F.N.B. Corp. declares cash dividend

HERMITAGE, PA.

F.N.B. Corp. has announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share on F.N.B. Corporation’s common stock.

The dividend is payable on Dec. 15 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 1.

The company is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol FNB.
