Committee donation helps tutoring program

'Tutor U' gets a boost. Members of the Trumbull County Women's History Celebration Committee recently presented a $500 check to Executive Director Robert C. Foster of the Children's Rehabilitation Center for its "Tutor U" program. The program is designed to assist third-grade through eighth-grade youngsters who need extra academic help. Tutor U is offered from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the center, 885 Howland-Wilson Road NE, Howland. Call 330-856-2107, ext. 106, to set up a tutoring appointment.
