Incumbent Judge Mary Jane Trapp to run again for appellate bench

WARREN — Judge Mary Jane Trapp will run for re-election next year to a second six-year term as judge of the Warren-based 11th District Court of Appeals.

The court serves Ashtabula, Lake, Geauga, Portage and Trumbull counties.

Judge Trapp was elected to the appellate bench in 2006, and served as the court’s administrative judge in 2008 and presiding and administrative judge in 2009 and 2010. She has written more than 400 decisions.
