AAA: Ohio gas prices rise 10 cents from last week

COLUMBUS (AP) — Ohio gas prices are up from last week, though the recent fluctuations have left prices essentially unchanged over the last month and higher than a year ago.

Today's survey from auto club AAA, the Oil Price Information Service and Wright Express puts the statewide average price for regular gasoline at about $3.37 a gallon, compared to $3.27 last week.

One month ago, prices at Ohio pumps were just a penny higher than they are now, with regular averaging $3.38.

Last year at this time, gas was nearly 50 cents cheaper in the state.
