Youngstown Federation will meet for dinner at 6 p.m. Guests are welcome. Club presidents will be honored at A La Cart, 429 Lisbon St., Canfield. The program will be by Carol Bopp McCracken, executive director of Hope House Visitation Center, a domestic relations organization. Lucile Bartelmay will give the meditation.
