Western Reserve Transit Authority: Saturday schedule; no night lines.

Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, Kinsman Free Public Library, Hubbard Public Library, Girard Free Library, Bristol Public Library, McKinley Memorial Library, all open; Warren-Trumbull and Newton Falls Public Library, both closed.

Stock market: Stifel Nicolaus, open.

Banks: US Bank in Poland, Boardman, Canfield and Warren area, all open, and First Place Bank, Warren, Austintown, Boardman, Howland, Liberty, Canfield, Struthers, all open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., all others closed; Chase Bank, Charter One, Cortland Banks, Farmers National Bank, First National Bank, Home Federal Savings & Loan in Niles, Home Savings & Loan, Huntington Bank in Austintown, Key Bank, PNC Ohio and PNC Pennsylvania, all closed.
