National Emergency Alert System to be tested at 2 p.m. today

There will be a test of the national Emergency Alert System on TV and radio at 2 p.m. today.

It’s the first-ever nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System that is coordinated by federal agencies FEMA, Homeland Security, the FCC, the National Weather Service and NOAA.
