ELECTION UPDATE | Stocker has big early lead for Struthers mayor

YOUNGSTOWN — Absentee ballots counted first by the Mahoning County Board of Elections shows incumbent Struthers Mayor Terry Stocker with a large lead over his opponent Phil DeMarco.

Stocker, a Democrat, has 565 votes, and DeMarco with 96.
