LISBON — With one of 10 precincts in Salem reporting about 8:15 p.m., Democrat Scott Cranmer has the early lead for mayor over opponents John Berlin, a Republican, and Jerry Wolford. Cranmer has 284 votes, Berlin, 227, and Wolford, 174.
