Berlusconi wins vote; majority shrinks

ROME (AP) - Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi has won a much-watched vote in Parliament today, but it shows he can no longer count on an overall majority in the Chamber of Deputies. In parliament, 308 voted in favor, 321 abstained and no one voted against.
