Issue 2 battle could impact school votes across state

WEST CHESTER, Ohio

The biggest ballot issue in Ohio could impact a lot of smaller ones across the state.

The hotly contested, high-spending campaign over Issue 2 is expected to boost turnout Tuesday.

From the Cleveland suburb of Cuyahoga Heights to the Cincinnati schools, more than 200 school districts have levies, bond issues or other tax measures before voters.
