Wedding vows were exchanged Oct. 8 at The Butler North in Youngstown by Carissa Katharina Bellflower and Paul Krpicak Jr., both of Struthers.
The bride is the daughter of Donald and Rachelle Bertleff of Struthers, and the groom is the son of Paul Krpicak Sr. and Judith Gilmore, both of Youngstown.
The afternoon ceremony was conducted by The Rev. Robert DeZee. A reception took place at The Georgetown in Boardman.
The bride’s white gown featured an empire bodice, a chapel train and a satin and lace A-line skirt embossed with beading and sequins.
Wearing royal purple were the bride’s attendants, her mother, who was matron of honor; Tara Saborse, maid of honor; Rachel Chapman, the groom’s sister; Cadence Krpicak, the groom’s niece; and Colleen Bennett and Adriana Rendon. McKayla Bertleff, the bride’s sister, was flower girl.
Serving as best men for their brother were Jason Krpicak and Vincent Krpicak. Groomsmen were Amsi Medina, the groom’s brother-in-law; Anthony Bellflower, the bride’s brother; the bride’s father; and Kevin Grischow. Usher was Kyle Krpicak, the groom’s nephew. Kaleb Krpicak, the groom’s nephew, was ring bearer.
Mrs. Krpicak graduated summa cum laude from Youngstown State University with a degree in pre-veterinary medicine and biology.
