Youngstown murder suspect arrested in Houston

YOUNGSTOWN

A city man is in Mahoning County jail on a $7 million bond after being arrested in Houston for a murder committed here in October.

Anthony J. White, 29, of Youngstown, was wanted for the murder of 29-year-old Teresa Stillwagon and the wounding of another man on the South Side.

Police say White began shooting into a crowd with an assault rifle during an argument with another man. Part of the incident was captured on video and collected as

evidence by police.
