Prince and princess party in the works

AUSTINTOWN

Prospective princes and princesses from preschool to third-grade are invited to dress up as their favorite Disney prince or princess for a party from 10 a.m. to noon Nov. 12 at the Austintown Library.

The Disney Prince and Princess Party is a fundraising event for the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County.

Tickets cost $20 per child and include a ticket voucher for the Disney on Ice performance of “Mickey and Minnie’s Magical Journey” at the Covelli Centre.

Children at the party must be with an adult. Attendance is limited to 100. To register call 330-740-6086.

In a separate event, the library will have a drawing for a family four-pack of tickets for the Disney on Ice event.

One four-pack will be given away at each of the 16 public libraries in Mahoning County.

Entries can be obtained at libraries until Dec. 2. Children must be present at the time their entry is submitted.
