Miss Amadio, fiance to wed in November

The engagement of Kathryn Rose Amadio, Jacksonville, N.C., and Nicholas James Asimakopoulos, Camp Lejeune, N.C., is being announced by their parents.

She is the daughter of Carmen and Becky Amadio of Boardman. He is the son of Peter and Sharon Asimakopoulos of Poland.

St. Dominic Church in Youngstown will be the setting for the couple’s wedding vows during an open ceremony at 2 p.m. Nov. 26. Invitations are being extended for a reception at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Centre in Boardman.

The bride-elect graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in early childhood education.

Her fiancé is a lance corporal with the U.S. Marine Corps in Camp Lejeune.
