Mahoning election board to display new voting system

The Mahoning County Board of Elections will conduct a public display of its new paper-ballot voting system at 10:30 a.m. Monday at its office on the first floor of Oakhill Renaissance Place, 345 Oak Hill Ave. in Youngstown. The election is Tuesday.
