1 flown to hospital, one lane reopened after I-680 crash tonight

One person was taken to the hospital after a two-car crash closed the southbound lanes of I-680.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol said the accident between a car and a pickup truck happened just before 10 p.m. on Interstate 680 near U.S. Route 224.

One person was flown by helicopter to the hospital; his name and condition weren’t available at this hour, according to OSHP.

As of 11:30 p.m., one lane of I-680 South had reopened.
