Priority: To get the city out of fiscal emergency.

JUANITA RICH

Age: 58.

Home: 680 12th St.

Education: Mettleton High School, Mettleton, Ark.; Choffin School of Surgical Technology.

Employment: Certified surgical technologist, Akron City Hospital, Southwood Hospital.

Family: Husband, Ron; daughters Jessica Szenborn, Jennifer Rich.

Priority: Getting the city out of fiscal emergency, bringing in new businesses, getting rid of blight.
