Retired teachers honor deceased members

Remembering teachers: At its annual In-Memoriam and Remembrance Service, the Mahoning Retired Teachers Association eulogized deceased teachers from Mahoning County. During the service, Sally Winsen, at left, presented to Linda Vuletich, MRTA president, standing next to her, this year’s memorial book by John Bredar, titled “The President’s Photographer.” The book will become part of the permanent collection of the Youngstown Public Library on behalf of the John M.
