HHM plans seminars on oil, gas leases

Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell Ltd. will host two seminars for landowners who recently signed oil and gas leases.

The seminar, “I signed a lease. Now what? Legal issues for oil and gas lessors,” will cover a range of legal issues in regard to taxes, estate planning, property sales, mineral-rights transfers and other activities.

The seminars are scheduled for 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. June 28 at the Dutch Village Inn, 150 E. State Route 14. Admission is free, but reservations are required. Those interested should call 330-744-1111.

At YSU, New Markets Initiative workshop

YOUNGSTOWN

New Markets Initiative, a workshop developed by MAGNET and WIRE-Net, is scheduled for 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 28 at the Williamson College of Business Conference Center at Youngstown State University, 221 N. Hazel St.

The workshop, which costs $20 and includes registration materials, breakfast and lunch, will focus on helping manufacturers enter new marketplaces.
