Ex-substitute teacher pleads guilty in sex case

A former Brookfield substitute teacher pleaded guilty Thursday in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court to having inappropriate sexual contact with a minor. Frank Kratco’s charges stem from 2005 when he was accused of molesting a 15-year-old boy in his home.
