Man reported missing found, returned home

A man missing since May 18 was found Wednesday at the Rescue Mission here, Pennsylvania State Police reported.

James Howard Carter Jr., 43, of Wampum, Pa., was missing from his Dryfuse Lane home.

The man has several medical problems, police reported. He was safe and was returned to his home, they said.
