Youngstown man wins Rolling Cash 5 prize

YOUNGSTOWN

A city man is the latest winner in an Ohio Lottery online game.

James W. Ladson won $140,000 for matching all five numbers in Saturday’s Rolling Cash 5 game.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Ladson will receive a check for $96,600.

He purchased the ticket from A & S Market, 1520 Market St.

He picked the numbers. They were 2-6-9-19-32.

A & S Market receives a $500 agent bonus for selling a five-of-five top-prize winning ticket.
