During its annual Scholarship Luncheon at 2 p.m. June 5, the Junior Civic League will award college scholarships to eight Mahoning Valley high School graduates.

Sarah Brown-Clark, Youngstown Municipal Clerk of Courts, will be the keynote speaker at the event, which will take place at Antone’s Banquet Center, 8578 Market St.
