STRUTHERS
Police had to break up a large disturbance in the 3900 block of Fourth Street. Police were called Monday at 3:39 p.m. and found a large crowd antagonizing one another in the middle of the street, according to a police report. Officers dispersed the crowd and learned the fight started after a man accused a Fourth Street resident of harassing his brother. Police said the man and two of his friends instigated the resident into joining him in the street. Officers issued the three trespass warnings.
