Boardman boy, 11, arrested for vandalism

BOARDMAN — Police arrested an 11-year-old township boy for throwing landscape bricks through windows at West Boulevard Elementary School. The boy’s father brought him to the police station where the child was booked on criminal-damaging charges Tuesday. The boy was released back into his father’s custody.
