Theresa Polack, Phillip Truitt to wed in fall

Announced by Edward J. Polack of Atwater, Ohio, and Barbara J. Keck of Berlin Center is the engagement of their daughter, Theresa Evelyn Polack of Canfield, and Phillip James Truitt of Canfield, a son of Jim R. Truitt of Salem, and Carol D. Kuhns of New Waterford, Ohio.

The bride-elect graduated from Kent State University, East Liverpool Campus, with a degree in physical therapy assisting. She is employed by Western Pennsylvania School for Blind Children in Pittsburgh as a physical therapist assistant.

The future groom is a project engineer with Bolttech Inc. in Youngstown. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering technology from YSU.

Invitations will be issued for the couple’s 3:30 p.m. Oct. 22 wedding at The Barn in Salem and for their reception immediately after the ceremony.
