Harassment: A Shawbutte Drive woman said an acquaintance has been harassing her.

Domestic violence: Police charged 32-year-old Robert H. Dennis, 2717 Coblentz Drive, Poland, with the crime after his girlfriend reported having been a victim. She was not seriously injured.

April 6

Breaking and entering: Charges were pending against three men after a break-in at a building in the 3000 block of Center Road. Most of the stolen property was recovered in Struthers.

April 9

Citation: Authorities cited 18-year-old Robert R. Rivera, 135 S. Schenley Ave., Youngstown, after an off-duty police officer reported a reckless driver near Dobbins Road and state Route 170.

April 10

Citation: Paul B. Downing, 27, of 3045 Highland Ave., Poland, was cited on a charge of disorderly conduct after a situation near Shawbutte Drive and Whittier Court.

April 13

Arrests: Township police arrested on warrants 18-year-old Keith W. Richards, 412 Elm St. Struthers; John P. Dominic Jr., 20; and John P. Dominic Sr., 42, both of 652 Poland Ave., Struthers, charging them with breaking and entering, receiving stolen property and obstructing official business.

Theft: More than $800 worth of tools was stolen from a vehicle in the 2200 block of Bel Aire Lane.
