A Youngstown man is jailed on drug and child-endangering charges after the Ohio State Highway Patrol seized three pounds of suspected marijuana and removed two small children from his car.

Rahsie Garner, 32, is charged with with possession of marijuana and trafficking in marijuana Wednesday after being stopped on the Ohio Turnpike near Boardman just after 11 a.m. for an improper lane change. The drugs have a street value of $6,000.
