Car Trunk & Treasure sale planned

The Ursuline Center, 4280 Shields Road, has scheduled its annual Car Trunk & Treasure Sale. The event, which admits buyers free of charge, will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 23.

Registration is open for those who have items to sell. For $20 residents can have their own “garage sale” without having strangers come to their homes.

This year each seller will get two parking spaces in which they can unload and/or sell from their vehicles. Spaces are first come, first served in the order that registrations are received. The event takes place rain or shine, and there will be no refunds.

Inside the Center, Ursuline Sisters will sell a vast selection of their antiques, furniture, decor, holiday decorations and more. There will also be a used book sale and finger food sale.

Proceeds will benefit ministries of the Ursuline Center, operated by the Ursuline Sisters of Youngstown.
