GARDEN CLUBS


MONDAY

Garden Gate will tour Lutz Greenhouse and have an anniversary dinner. Theresa Cicuto will be cohostess.

TUESDAY

Daisy Dozen will meet at 11 a.m. at Full Circle Florist, 808 Elm St., with Beth Bacani, Joy Cushwa and Betty McLaughlin as chairwomen. Lunch will be at Charlie Staples barbecue.

Trailwood will have an annual garage sale with Kitty Heineman as hostess, assisted by El Dennison and Doris Rice.

THURSDAY

Johnny Appleseed will have a salad buffet at 6:30 p.m. at the home of Jane Evans. Kathy Rayburn will have the door prize.

UPCOMING

St. Michael has chosen “Welcome to Neil Diamond” as the theme for its 6 p.m. May 25 flower show at the parish hall. Entry time for arrangements and horticulture will be from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Flower show booklets can be obtained at the office. Dinner choices are chicken Parmesan with penne and meatballs or roast beef with roasted potatoes and green beans. Checks for $18 should be made payable to the garden guild and sent to Pat Hoyle by Wednesday. Mark entr e selection on the check.

Garden club events are published Sunday. Please submit information to the Society Department by 5 p.m. Wednesday.
