Michael Stanley to play at Wingfest

Michael Stanley and the Resonators will be one of the bands performing at at the First Place Bank Greater Youngstown Wingfest, which will be July 21-23 outside at Covelli Centre, downtown.

The event will feature wing vendors from the tri-county area, live entertainment nightly, local businesses, and activities such as wing-eating contests featuring local celebrities.

Admission is $5 July 21, and $10 July 22 and 23.

Michael Stanley will take the stage in the evening July 23.

Wingfest will open its gates at noon that day for a classic-car show.

Local bands will perform July 21 with doors opening at 5 p.m.; and a national recording artist will perform July 22, with doors opening at noon.

The national act will be revealed June 27.
