Bikes for tykes

North Jackson Key Club assisted the Kiwanis Club of Western Mahoning County when it sponsored an annual egg hunt recently at Liberty Park in North Jackson. Austintown Wal-Mart donated bikes to be awarded winners in various categories after the hunt. Winner of a bike in the hunt for those 3 to 5 years of age was Alex Toronto, at left. Winning a bike in the hunt for those 2 and under was Wesley Schwartzen, who needed help from his mother as he tried out his new bike. Members of the Kiwanis Club are selling raffle tickets for a drawing in June. The winner of the raffle will have the choice of a street-legal scooter or a cash prize.
