Salem police arrest man Amtrak officials say voiced threats

An Amtrak passenger was arrested by Salem police about 3:15 a.m. Thursday after train officials complained he was threatening people.
The train stopped near the intersection of the rail lines and West Pershing Street.
Police said that Michael E. Taylor, 51, of Los Angeles, did not cooperate with police and was charged in Columbiana County Municipal Court with disorderly conduct, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.
He is in the county jail.
