Eastside group social

CANFIELD

The next social event for the Youngstown Eastside Friends and Family is at 7 p.m. May 21 at Davidson’s Restaurant, 3636 Canfield Road.

The group, organized last year by John Thomas, Bob Walley and John Rudy, comprises residents who grew up on Youngstown’s East Side.

All events are on the third Saturday of every month, usually at a local restaurant.

The group is planning a summer picnic in July.
