Shelley Genova, owner of La Ti Da Boutique, 850 E. Western Reserve Road in Poland, was recently chosen by Brighton Collectibles, a major accessories line, to give a presentation about her company at the Brighton headquarters in Pasadena, Ca. Genova spoke about in-store events and shared how she drives traffic to La Ti Da despite not being in a vacation destination. Genova also met with Jerry Kohn, owner of Brighton, and president of sales Laura Young. La Ti Da, which has been open since 2007 and sells Brighton products, was also featured in Brighton’s trade magazine.

Gordon Brothers Spring Water in Lowellville recently placed in the top 10 of the 21st Annual Berkeley (West Virginia) Springs International Water Tasting contest. Gordon Brothers finished eighth in the noncarbonated department. Results were based on appearance, odor, flavor, mouth-feel, aftertaste and overall impressions.
