Rodriguez-Adams wedding planned for early July

The engagement of Marina Marie Rodriguez of Liberty and Kevin Alan Adams of Wadesboro, N.C., is announced by their parents, Larry and Evelyn Lopez of Morgan Hill, Calif., and Tim and Brenda Adams of Wadesboro.

The couple have chosen July 1 for their 5:30 p.m. wedding and evening reception at Mahoning Country Club in Girard. Invitation will be issued for both.

The bride-elect graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She is employed as a client service professional in business banking at Chase Bank in Liberty.

The future groom is employed by Anson County Schools as a history teacher at Anson County Early College in Polkton, N.C. He graduated from Lee University and Grand Canyon University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history and a master’s in school administration and is pursuing a doctorate in educational leadership.
