Platton-Flyak engagement is announced

AUSTINTOWN

Glenn and Sandra Platton of Austintown are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Stefanie Platton of Poland, and Bruce Flyak, also of Poland, a son of George and Mary Ann Flyak of Boardman.

Miss Platton graduated from Youngstown State University with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration. She is a senior accountant with Packer Thomas in Youngstown.

Mr. Flyak is a certified public accountant with Bodine Perry LLC in Canfield. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

The couple will be married June 18 at St. James Meeting House in Boardman Township Park. Invitations will be issued for the 1:30 p.m. ceremony and for an evening reception at Mr. Anthony’s in Boardman.
