YWCA Warren’s 28th annual Children’s Olympics Track & Field events for children in grades one through six is June 4.

Registration forms must be received at the YWCA Warren, 375 N. Park Ave., by 4 p.m. Monday to receive a T-shirt and by 4 p.m. May 31 for participation only.

The event begins at 8:30 a.m. at Howland Middle School’s track, 8100 South St. SE.

Tennis shoes are required. A participation ribbon will be presented to each child, and Olympic-style gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded to the top three boys and girls in each event. Overall trophies will be awarded to the top boy and girl in each grade at the end of the day.

The cost to compete is $10 per child.

Registrations can be picked up at the YWCA Warren; Satolli Carpet, 361 High St. NE; or Saratoga Restaurant, 129 E. Market St.
