Book signing set for local author

Family Christian Stores, 7415 Market St., will host a book signing by Jeffrey M. Magada, a local author, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today.

His book, “The Good Life: You Can Walk in God’s Perfect Will,” focuses on the principles, underlying attitudes and lifestyle changes necessary to live the good life.

Born out of his own journey of self-discovery, Magada hopes his book will serve as a manual for overcoming obstacles to right relationships, good choices, a pure heart and selflessness.

Published by Destiny Image, the book is available online and at local retail booksellers.

Magada is the founder and executive director of Flying High Inc., a pioneering community organization helping people develop their potential and discover their destiny.
