Indians beat A’s in 12, have best record in team history


OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) — Jack Hannahan and Lou Marson had RBI singles in the 12th inning, lifting the Cleveland Indians to a 4-3 victory over the Oakland Athletics on Thursday.

The Indians improved to 21-9, equaling the best start in team history.
