Animal Care Hospital will host clinic day

The third annual Charity Clinic Day has been scheduled from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Animal Care Hospital, 47 Hall Ave., as a benefit for the Bummer Fund, which provides financial assistance to qualified pet owners in times of financial and medical crisis.

Regular-price veterinary exams and routine procedures, such as nail trims, ear cleaning and vaccinations, will be performed by appointment, and proceeds will be donated to the fund. Dr. Charles Sung will be the attending vet.

Gift baskets filled with items from area businesses and restaurants will be raffled off.
