Tribute to mothers to be presented

YOUNGSTOWN

Martin Luther Lutheran Church, 420 Clearmount Drive, will have a mother and daughter banquet at 6:30 p.m. May 13.

A meal of spring salad, stuffed shells with meatballs, Italian bread and dessert will be served. A tribute to mothers will be presented by Donna Downie, and musical entertainment will be by Donnie Wolford, who appeared in the starring role in the recent Youngstown Playhouse production of “Oliver.”

Tickets are $7.50 for adults, $3.50 for children 4 to 10 and free for those 3 and under. Advance reservations are required by Monday by calling 330-788-8707 or by signing a sheet in the church office. They will also be available after worship service Sunday.
