Fitch HOF banquet is set for Sept. 24

AUSTINTOWN

Twelve individuals and two teams will be inducted into the Austintown Fitch High School athletic hall of fame on Sept. 24.

The inductees, their graduating class and activities are: Cecil Duffet, 1945, basketball, track; Don Schnurrenberger (posthumously), 1949, football, basketball, track; Jim Pontuti, 1959, football, track; Paul D’Eramo (posthumously), 1964, football, track; Bill Jacobson, 1966, basketball, baseball; and Mike Woloschak, 1972, football, track.

Also Mike Calhoun (posthumously), 1975, football, track; Gary Barber, 1982, football, basketball; Matt Keller, 1986, football, track; Dana (Sulenski) Menendez, 1995, basketball, track; Dave Hartman, coach 1982-1993; and Dr. Donald Dockery (posthumously), benefactor.

The teams are the 1975 cross country and the 1990 football squad.

The banquet will be at the IHM banquet hall.
