Motorcyclist dies after crashing into minivan

FREMONT, Ohio

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that left a 62-year-old motorcyclist dead. Troopers say the crash happened after 10 p.m. Saturday. They say the 16-year-old Fremont girl driving a minivan failed to yield at an intersection and was struck by motorcyclist Annette Brewster of Martin, who suffered fatal injuries.
