The Revs. Yanno will celebrate 50th at party

The Revs. Albert and Margaret Yanno of Boardman will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary May 22 during a reception at Avion on the Water, Canfield.

The couple’s children are hosting the 2 p.m. celebration and are extending invitations. Their children are Renee La Gamba of Mandevilla, La.; and Stacey McMillan and the Rev. Al Yanno, both of Boardman. The Yannos are the grandparents of 12.

The Rev. Mrs. Yanno was the associate pastor of Cornerstone Assembly of God in North Lima before she retired in 2005. She is a member of Metro Assembly of God.

The Rev. Mr. Yanno was lead pastor of Cornerstone Assembly, and he also retired in 2005.

Mr. Yanno and the former Margaret Ambrosia were married May 20, 1961, at St. Nicholas Church, Struthers.
